2020 Wilson County Bee School

— Written By Beginning Beekeeper Class flyer

The Wilson County Beekeepers Association is hosting its second annual Beginners Bee School. The event will take place at the Wilson County Agricultural Center on Saturday, March 14, 2020, from 8 a.m.–5 p.m. During this time, we will have speakers to teach you about the different aspects of beekeeping. We would like to start promptly at 8 a.m., so registration will begin at 7:30 a.m. Coffee and a light breakfast will be provided.

The all-day class also includes 3 days in the club apiary to help beginners get hands-on experience. These dates will be weather dependent and therefore will have to be scheduled after the school.

The cost of the class is $50 which includes registration, lunch, and annual membership to the club. To secure your spot, or if you would like more information, please call the N.C. Cooperative Extension of Wilson County office at (252) 237-0111.
