If you have no prior experience canning, it's recommended that you attend the Intro to Canning Class before attending the other classes.

  • Intro to Canning: April 4
  • Boiling Water Canning Sweet Spreads: April 11
  • Boiling Water Canning Pickled Products: April 24
  • Pressure Canning: May 2
  • Fermentation: May 9
$12 per class $50 when you register for all 5
