Before we know it, there will be lots of foods available for harvest in our gardens as well as farm stands and markets in Wilson County. Now is the time to get started preparing for canning and preservation season. Go ahead and get that pressure canner out and inspected.

On March 15 and 29, 2021, we will be having an open clinic for pressure canner inspections and gauge testing. This is a free event. Appointments can be made by calling 252-237-0111. Appointments are available from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. each day.
