Beef Quality Assurance (BQA) is a program that provides systematic information to U.S. beef producers of how good husbandry techniques can be coupled with accepted scientific knowledge to raise cattle under optimum management conditions.
Participants seeking BQA certification will complete the educational portion then take a test to become certified. Certification is good for 3 years. Students and adults can become BQA certified and NC Cattleman's Association members. You do NOT have to own cattle to be certified.
