Registration is open for the February 9, 2023 Eastern NC Nursery Conference to be held at the Wilson County Agricultural Center in Wilson, NC. Based on surveys from last years participants and growers, the presentation topics are:

-Nursery Insect Pest Scouting based on Growing Degree Days, Tim Waller-Rutgers Extension
-Nursery Weed Management (Container and Field), Joe Neal-NC State Extension
-Nursery Water Quality, Substrates, and Plant Nutrition, Anthony LeBude-NC State Extension

2 hours of N.C. Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services Pesticide Credits are approved for Categories D, L, N, and X. This flyer can be printed, filled out, and mailed in as the flyer instructs with payment to register for the event. Registration cost is $25 per person if postmarked by February 2, $40 to be paid at the door following call in registration from February 3 thru February 8, and $50 for walk-in registration on February 9. February 16 is the alternate day in case of inclement weather on February 9. Registration in only refundable if the event is canceled.
