URGENT UPDATE:
DUE TO HIGH WINDS FORECAST FOR DECEMBER 5TH THAT ARE NOT CONDUCIVE TO DRONE FLIGHT AND APPLICATIONS, THE ENTIRE CONFERENCE HAS BEEN MOVED TO THE ALTERNATE WEATHER DATE OF DECEMBER 12 WITH THE SAME LOCATION AND TIME SCHEDULE IN ORDER TO BE MOST EFFICIENT WITH EVERYONE'S TIME. REGISTRATION HAS BEEN EXTENDED THROUGH FRIDAY, DECEMBER 6TH.December 12, 2024 (moved due to high wind forecast on Dec. 5 not conducive to drone flight and applications)
3 hours of NC Pesticide License Credits is Category D, L, N, and X.
1 hour of NC Pesticide License Credit in Category P.

11 AM UAV Panel Discussion/Q&A-Getting Started with UAVs in Nursery Production
-The panel will include Dr. Andrew Howell-NC State, Joseph Hunter-Ag Aerial Precise Solutions, Josh Godwin-Adcock's Nursery, Dr. Joe Neal-NC State). The panel will discuss what they thought they knew when they first got into drone pesticide applications and what they have learned since and/or what others should be aware of when getting started. Be prepared to ask the panel questions about how drones can be used in nursery production.
