Freezer to Crockpot Meal Workshop

Do you often find yourself at a restaurant or fast food window because you can’t find the time to cook dinner? Join us for a freezer to crockpot meal workshop!

Learn all the basics to meal preparation and planning. This “take and make” style class allows you to cook for an hour and eat for a week! You bring the meats, I’ll provide the staples and produce.

Save time, save money, eat healthier, and have fun! Workshop will be held at the Wilson Ag Center in the Demonstration Kitchen on November 27th, 2018 beginning at 5:45p. Registration deadline is November 21st, 2018 with $10 registration payment. Space is limited. Class will be capped at 10 participants. 

Freezer to Crockpot Workshop Prep Menu:
Spaghetti Casserole, Southwest Chicken, Beef and Vegetable Hoagies, 3-Bean Chicken Chili 

To Register: Email Cassidy Hobbs, cdhobbs3@ncsu.edu to reserve your spot. Only 10 spots will be held! You will not be registered until $10 payment is received. Drop off or mail payment to the Wilson Ag Center (1806 Goldsboro St SW, Wilson, NC 27893).
