Saturday, December 14th, 2019

Volunteers will lay over 250,000 veterans’ wreaths at Arlington National Cemetery located just outside our nation’s Capital. These wreaths symbolize a commitment to remember and honor our nation’s veterans through the laying of wreaths on the graves of our country’s fallen heroes. Invite your friends and family to join us at this awe inspiring Wreaths Across America event. Best of all you can leave the driving to us!

4:00 a.m.
Depart Nash County Agriculture Center

8:30 a.m.
Approximate arrival time at Arlington National Cemetery drop-off area.
Once you have placed your wreath you will be on your own to visit nearby museums or attractions. All participants must be back at designated pick-up location no later than 

6:00 p.m. to catch the bus to return to the Nash County Agriculture Center. We expect to return to Nashville at approximately 11:00 p.m.

$45 per seat

To secure your seat a non-refundable payment of $45 along with a completed Registration Form and Liability Waiver (download form below) is required. Tickets are available on a first-come first-served basis. The cost is $45 per person/per seat includes one round trip ticket on a charter bus to Arlington National Cemetery. Fees collected cover transportation costs only. No proceeds for this event. Fees are non-refundable. Transportation provided by AT&T Charter Bus Company. 

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Monday, December 2, 2019 

PAYMENTS: Cash or check payable to Nash County 4-H. We are not able to process credit cards. Payments must be submitted to NC Cooperative Extension office located at the Nash County Agriculture Center, 1006 Eastern Avenue, Room 102 in Nashville. All youth 18 and under must be accompanied by a parent, guardian or adult chaperone.
