Cooking & Nutrition Series: Eating to Prevent & Control Chronic Conditions

Are you interested in preventing or controlling chronic conditions such as heart disease, hypertension, and diabetes? There will be a 6-week cooking and nutrition series at the Wilson Ag Center beginning June 24 and concluding July 29, 2019. This fun and informative series will teach you research-based information and skills you need to work towards eating for a better quality of life. You will also participate in hands-on recipe preparation to practice healthier eating at home. Learn and eat with us (tastings at the conclusion of each class)!

Registration deadline is June 19.
