Food Protection Manager Certification Course

NC Safe Plates prepares managers for American National Standards Institution (ANSI) approved Food Protection Manager Certification and is offered by North Carolina Cooperative Extension.

Managers who successfully complete the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals Certification Exam meet the FDA Food Code 2013 requirement for a Certified Food Protection Manager.

When: August 27 & 28 from 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m., with exam August 29 from 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.

Location: Wilson County Ag Center (1806 Goldsboro St SW, Wilson)

Registration Fee: $125 (Please see below for registration; deadline is August 10, 2018)

Registration is required. Registration is $125 and must be paid by August 10 in order to reserve your seat with all class and exam materials.
